Bååtska Palatset, located on Blasieholmsgatan 6 in Stockholm, was built between 1662 and 1669 by Seved Bååth. The palace has been the headquarters of the Swedish Order of Freemasons since 1874. Designed by Nicodemus Tessin d.ä, the palace features a grand feast hall, Oscarssalen, which goes through one and a half floors and is known for its extensive ornateness. Parts of the palace’s older interior can be found in the palace’s left wing, including the King’s room's ornate ceiling and artwork influenced by Ehrenstrahl. The palace also houses a significant collection of art and a unique collection of Freemason literature. It was designated as the 164th building to be heritage-listed in Stockholm.
