The runestone, known as Anundshögsstenen or Runinskrift Vs 13, is part of the fornlämningsområdet Anundshög in Badelunda socken, Västmanland, Sweden. It stands 3.2 meters high, 1.3 meters wide at the base, and tapers to 0.8 meters thick. The run-height is 8-14 cm. The ornamentation is of unusual design and resembles a Roman port.
