The Porte Sainte-Quitterie (or Porte de la Prison) is a fortified structure situated in the commune of Sarrancolin, Hautes-Pyrénées, France. Listed as a French historical monument on 29th December 1941, it is the only surviving gate from the ancient fortification that surrounded Sarrancolin until the 18th century. The Porte Sainte-Quitterie is one of four gates (Saint-Antoine to the north, de la Neste to the east, facing the Ilhet Bridge, du vivier to the west, and Sainte-Quitterie to the south), which were strategically placed around the city's cardinal points to serve the communication needs with the outside world.
