The Glade of the Armistice in Picardy, France, is a French war memorial and museum. It stands on the site where Germany signed the Armistice of 11 November 1918, ending World War I. The site was also the exact location for the signing of the Armistice of 22 June 1940, after Germany won the Battle of France during World War II. A railcar, CIWL No. 2419D, was used for the signing of both armistices. After World War II, the Glade of the Armistice was rebuilt.
