In the soulful heart of Libya, just a stone's throw from the peaceful town of Homs, and around 130 steps away from Cartagine, rests the Roman Amphitheater of Leptis Magna. This resplendent structure has stood, unwavering and noble, since 56 AD, brought to life by the vision of Emperor Nerone. Nestled within the heart of an old, deserted stone quarry, this colossal open-air theater was designed to comfort the spirits of 15,000 beings. The major axis of its elliptical stage spans 100 paces, while the shorter axis measures a touch over 80 paces. As the ages pass, the weathered stones and the enchanting aura they emit serve as a testament to the glories and power of the Roman Empire.
