Santu Antine, situated in Torralba, Italy, is a renowned Nuragic site known for its remarkable and intricate prehistoric architecture, making it one of the most complex in the entire Mediterranean. Part of the ‘Twin It! 3D for Europe’s Culture’ campaign, Santu Antine, when digitized, will serve not just for dissemination purposes but also as a valuable tool for scientific research and conservation monitoring. Santu Antine is one of the largest nuraghes in Sardinia, featuring numerous 27 meters (90 ft) long corridors built using the corbel arch technique. It is approximately 4,000 years old and has been studied from an archaeoastronomic perspective, with its structure oriented to align with the solstices.
