The haunting remains of Sant Piri atop a cliff

The Chapel of Sant Pere de la Força, locally known as Sant Piri or del Roc, is a historic building situated in the town of Tor, in the comarca of Pallars Sobirà. The chapel, perched precariously atop a rocky outcrop north of the town, was once part of the Tor castle. The remnants of the western wall are still evident, showcasing opus spicatum and an unfinished bell tower. However, the exact ground plan of the church remains undefined due to required archaeological excavations.
