Ancient secrets of Tolimene Hill

Tolimene Hill, a unique archaeological site and residential area, stands at 16 meters high. Built of stone and cobblestones, its central part houses a 0.5-hectare residential area where pottery remains have been discovered. Known as a protected cultural heritage monument, Tolimene Hill has been studied by the Scientific Research and Methodology Board. Located 480 meters from the Švedriškė – Salakas Tolimėnuose road, its area is protected by the President of the Republic of Lithuania's decree on the preservation of cultural heritage monuments, established in 1999.
