Step back in time at the 600-year-old Château de Gien, a historic castle museum

The Château de Gien, a 600-year-old castle in the Loire Valley of France, was originally constructed in the 15th century. It has been home to notable figures such as King Francis I, King Henry II, Queen consort Catherine de’ Medici, King Charles IX, Queen consort Anne of Austria, and King Louis XIV.
