Explore the Mysteries of Brangolí Dolmen: France's Archaeological Marvel from

The Brangolí Dolmen, a 5000-year-old monument historique, is located in Enveitg, France. This dolmen, also known as the Brangolí Dolmen, features a rectangular chamber limited by four granite orthostates, covered by a polygonal table with approximately thirty cupules. While the tumulus has been erased by subsequent cultivations, some vestiges still remain on the east side. The dolmen was known for its looting in the past, but tessers of ceramics and other items were discovered among the debris. One significant find was a dark-colored glass bead, which was later analyzed by mass spectrometry and found to be related to objects in dark glass imported from the Near East during the Bronze Age. Today, the dolmen invites visitors to walk up and explore this ancient relic, with no obvious signage or barrier.
