Stockholm's 18th century relic

The Finnish Church (Finnish: Suomalainen kirkko, Swedish: Finska kyrkan) in Gamla stan, Stockholm, was rebuilt as a church in 1725, more than six decades before the city's Great Fire in 1759. It's one of the few surviving places that still echoes with the rhythm of the 18th century. It stands where the Lilla Bollhuset, its predecessor, used to be until it was torn down and rebuilt as a church. The Finnish Church, as it's known today, is part of the Stockholm Finnish Parish of the Church of Sweden.
