Pont de la Frau: The Impressive Iron-Arched Aqueduct in Lladurs, Spain

Pont de la Frau, also known as Pont de l’Afrau, is a 35-meter-tall and 14-meter-wide iron-arched aqueduct constructed during the 1770s in Lladurs, Solsonès, Spain. It is part of the Inventari del Patrimoni Arquitectònic de Catalunya and spans the deep rasa de Cirera, located 1 kilometer from the vehicle drop-off point via a 2.5-kilometer trail starting from the LV-4421-b road. Pont de la Frau is comprised of six different-sized arches, with two more prominent curved arches and the rest pointed and smaller in comparison. The primary water source for Pont de la Frau was the Font de Lladurs, owned by Bishop Lassala at the time.
