In the beginning of the 1900s, I established a park here. It doesn't look exactly like it did during my time, but you can find some traces. There are spirea and berberis bushes. On the ground, you’ll find wintergreen with its blank, dark green leaves and blue flowers in the spring. During the Middle Ages, they used wintergreen in love potions. Maybe you'd like to try it yourself! Did you see Kvarnsjön up above? The water from it was previously used to power a mill in the bay. You can't see it now as it burned down in 1917, a spark from a Waxholms boat started the fire – it was a huge blaze. Now we're going to take a detour around the park!
