The Palacio López-Dóriga, located at Paso de Recoletos 15 in Madrid, Spain, was built in 1872 by the architect Francisco de Cubas. It is a classic manor situated among urban streets, with a unique design composed of three floors: ground floor, noble floor, and an upper floor. Originally, it was part of vast gardens and huertas attached to the Convent of San Pascual. However, the building was later urbanized in the second half of the 19th century. The palace underwent a rehabilitation between December 1988 and October 1990 by Rubén Moreno and Javier García-Izquierdo, and was acquired by Vía Célere for 20 million euros in 2014.
