Here, for a time, the criminal Estonian Heigo resides, infiltrator Max Åström, or agent Assar, initiated contact, on assignment by police officer Olle Liljegren. In the spring of 2001, Heigo is sentenced to prison for serious narcotics offenses and serious firearms offenses. At the time of the arrest, he is the security chief at nightclub Sloppy’s on Hamngatan 2.
