Historic building transformed into a school

The Escola Divina Pastora is a protected building of cultural interest in Premiá de Mar, owned by the Congregación de las Germanas Capuchinas de la Mare del Diví Pastor. Originally, the upper floor, which externally resembles a gallery of nearly parabolic arches, was used as a dormitory for nuns. Today, this space is used as classrooms. The extensive use of exposed brick is a defining characteristic of the building’s modernist style. A courtyard surrounds the building, with the exception of the main facade.
