Forte Corno, also known as Fort Horn, is a mountain fort in Praso, Northern Italy. Built between 1890 and 1892, this Austro-Hungarian fort was designed to withstand potential artillery attacks and resist siege. Known as a Gebrigsfort or 'mountain fort,' it was built to blend seamlessly with the rocky spur on which it stands, following the contours of the terrain and the slope of the cliff. The fort, which has a volume of 18,000 cubic metres, houses 53 rooms, and spreads over six levels, boasts an observation turret on its North-West corner.
