Listen up. In 1948, Chase and John Hill engineered this Albuquerque structure. It possesses enough architectural pedigree to have secured a spot on the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties back in 1997. That is some serious heavy metal in the world of design.
The objective didn't end there. The building successfully secured another position on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. It has proven to have some serious staying power in the eyes of the bureaucrats, which is basically a gold star for structural endurance.
While some floor space was reported as available for rent back in 2010, the building has since reverted to a state of tactical vacancy. It currently stands there retired from the workforce and is awaiting its next orders. Mission status is currently idle.
