Villa Calamari, located in Cartagena, Spain, is a significant part of local history. Originally built in the late 19th century by the architect Victor Beltrí for Italian entrepreneur Calamai, it was later owned by the Luxembourgish-German businessman and botanist Victoria Beltrí. After passing through numerous other owners, the villa fell into a state of abandonment and deterioration in the late 20th century. Due to its state, it was designated as cultural heritage in 2012.
