The Villa Verguin is a remarkable house located in the island of Réunion. Situated at 31, Rue Rhin et Danube in the town of Saint-Paul, the building has been listed in the supplementary inventory of historical monuments since December 8, 1988.
This heritage designation covers the two corner pavilions as well as the outbuildings, the courtyard, the driveway paving, and the surrounding fence gate and bars.
