The Hotel Excelsior, a notable building in Aix-les-Bains, France, was initially an annex of the Hotel Splendide, which was sold in 1957. What followed was thought to be a transformation of the Hotel Excelsior into apartments. This historic site has been inscribed as a monument historique since 1987 and holds a 'Patrimoine du XXe siècle' label since March 2003.
