Nestled just south of the Dalarö fortress, built by Charles X Gustav of Sweden in 1661, a hidden restaurant offers a unique culinary experience. Originally constructed to guard the inlet to the Stockholm archipelago, the fortress has a rich history, as evidenced by the extensive renovations carried out between 1683 and 1698 by Erik Dahlbergh. Despite its strategic importance, the fortress remained unassaulted, even during the 1719 Russian siege. Decommissioned by the military in 1854, the fortress is now a museum, boasting a charming restaurant that is reminiscent of the sea with its menu.
