Theban Tomb TT51 is located in Sheikh Abd el-Qurna, part of the Theban Necropolis on the west bank of the Nile, opposite to Luxor. It serves as the burial place of the ancient Egyptian official Userhat, who held the title of First Prophet of Sethi I during the 19th Dynasty. Userhet was the son of Khensemhab and the chantress of Montu, Tausert. His wife was Hatshepsut, who was also called Shepset.
The court, passage, and hall of the tomb are decorated with various scenes. In the passage, Userhet is shown with a hymn to the god Ra. The hall contains three registers with funerary scenes, including Userhet with Anubis before the scales and Ammit, and Userhet kneeling before Osiris and the Western Goddess. Other scenes show Userhet, the souls of Pe and Nekhen, and baboons adoring Ra-Harakhti as a hawk and Isis. A funeral procession is depicted where the deceased is named Amenmose before a pyramid-tomb, alongside scenes of chariots and Userhet's wife with her attendants near a temple.
Additional registers depict three ancestors - the Vizier Imhotep, Hapuseneb, and Khensemhab - adoring Monthu. Userhet and his wife are shown beneath a vine, while other scenes portray a Festival procession of Thutmosis I where men bring supplies and Userhet adores the royal barque. The tomb also features a scene of a man named Akheperkaresoneb being purified by eight priests, and Userhet kneeling before three Ogdoads. Further registers show Userhet and his wife in a tree-goddess scene, and a scene where Userhet, his wife, and his mother-in-law(?) Hennutawy offer braziers to Thutmosis I and Ahmose-Nefertari.
