Located in the Barachois district of Saint-Denis, Hôtel Joinville is an old hotel on the island of La Réunion. Today, it houses services for the préfecture de La Réunion, while the neighboring hôtel de préfecture serves as the main headquarters. The building has been owned by the local authority since 1978 and has been listed in the supplementary inventory of the Monuments historiques since 1989.
In the late 1780s, Bernard Labadie became the first owner of the plot of land located next to the government hotel. He had buildings in wood constructed on the site to serve as a traveler's inn.
The structure remains a notable part of the local heritage in Saint-Denis, preserved as a historic building that once hosted travelers arriving at the island's coast.
