Born in 1925, this magnificent structure, then known as the Middough Building, was the brainchild of the Middough Brothers. Standing proudly as one of the grandest office buildings, it graced the city of Long Beach with its presence. In 1925, the Long Beach Municipal Court embraced it as its home, before setting off on a new journey in 1930, spurred by the urge for more space. The following year, in 1931, the building experienced a reawakening, adopting the name Insurance Exchange Building. Today, it stands as a resplendent testament to Long Beach's commitment to preserving its historical charm and architectural legacy.
