Tartu Turuhall (Market Hall) may serve up smoked fish and rye bread inside, but outside it’s transformed into a vibrant open-air gallery. As of August 2025, the north-facing walls host a rotating mosaic of stencil art and murals produced during the Stencibility International Street Art Festival, which returns each June with artists from across Europe to leave unscripted marks on the city
