Douglas Adams’ famous comedy science fiction series The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy has become an international multi-media phenomenon. Originally a 1978 radio comedy broadcast on BBC Radio 4, it was later adapted to other formats, including stage shows, novels, comic books, a 1981 TV series, a 1984 video game, and a 2005 film. While a great part of the latest film (2005) was produced in the studio, a number of real-life places were also featured. Check out some spots that Arthur and Ford as well as all the fans of the film will no doubt recognize.
