The Seven Rivers Art Journey

The Seven Rivers Art Way, located in Västerbotten County, North Sweden, is a 350km road journey following E12, Swedish national road 92, and county road 1052. It passes through Umeå, Vännäs, Bjurholm, Åsele, and Dorotea municipalities. Since 1997, thirteen sculptures have been erected along this route, each offering a different visual treat to travelers.

The project is managed by the non-profit Konstvägen sju älvar organization with the support of the five affected municipalities. One of the sculptures, Återkomst by Monica L. Edmondson, was unveiled in 2013.
