The ruins of an 18th-century church in the Pyrenees rediscovered

In the rural village of Farreras, in the heart of the Pyrenees, lies the ruins of an 18th-century church called Santa Llúcia de Farrera. The church, a chapel, still stands in the village. However, its exact origins are unclear, with no documentation before the 18th century. In a parochial visit of 1758, two churches that depended on the parochial Farrera were mentioned: Sant Salvador de la Serra and the chapel of Casa Bigarret or Soldevila, which likely refers to the chapel of Santa Llúcia.
