12 Nekrasova St., Saint Petersburg, Russia, 191014

The income house was built for the merchant Kiselev from Luga in 1908. In 1909, it was acquired by Burtsev. An unknown architect tried to decorate the faceless facade of the house with stucco inserts, of which only the image of an owl and stylized flowers at the base of the bay window have survived.

A stone floor was added to the house instead of the attic. When exactly the decor was destroyed is unknown, but in any case, it happened before the addition: there is a photograph dated 1960, in which the attic still exists, but the decor is already gone.
