The architect of this building is F.I. Lidval. For single professionals, he designed a beautiful and comfortable three-story Bachelor’s House.
The building was constructed over two years - 1915-1916. From 1917 to 1920, the first Council of Workers' and Soldiers' Deputies operated in the building.
Today, the Lysvenskoye Department of Internal Affairs is located here.
