Montfalcó Murallat, a fortified village, houses a romantic church named Sant Jaume de Montfalcó. Built during the Romanesque period, this church stands as a surviving remnant today, with only the South wall and apse remaining, standing three meters high.
The present structure of Sant Jaume de Montfalcó consists of rough carreus and carreuons. The entrance was on the North wall of the West. The church was of a single vaulted nave, capped eastward by a semicircular apse. It is abandoned.
