Pejo Blockhouse Restoration Progress as of 2016

Great progress as the restoration of the Pejo Blockhouse, an Austro-Hungarian fortification in the Italian Alps, is now underway.

The Pejo Blockhouse, situated in Northern Italy, is currently being restored. The fort was designed to guard the Pejo Valley in case of Italian invasion. The renovations aim to rebuild the entire structure, focusing first on a corner and then moving on to other areas. Custom-mixed sand gradations are being used for the mortar, and approved samples can be found on site. The work is progressing well, and the team is finding solutions to any unexpected challenges.
