One of the income houses of the 1st guild merchant Georgy Alexandrovich Alexandrov is located at 12 Kamennoostrovsky Prospect. The house, designed in the Art Nouveau style, was built between 1905 and 1908 by architects Dmitry Andreevich Kryzhanovsky and Pavel Mikhailovich Mulkhanov.
