Welcome to Norrbo Skans, a remarkable relic found in Norrbo socken, Hälsingland. Straddling between Norrdellen and Sördellen, the fortress boasts a vast quadrilateral area, approximately 240 meters by 230 meters. Distinguished by bastions in the corners and the middle of the sides, Norrbo Skans displays the defensive strategies of a bygone era. Although only fragments of walls remain today, standing about 50 centimeters high, and ditches equally as deep, this fortress continues to captivate visitors. Norrbo Skans is known by FMIS as Norrbo 31:1.
