Nant Barre Bank in Wales, classified as a scheduled monument under SAM number CD054, spans around 2.5 hectares. The larger site, Bryngaer Llanymynech, covers roughly 57 hectares. During the Rhufeiniaid, the site was destroyed and its ruins excavated. However, the site's purpose remains enigmatic. Recent discoveries at Nant Barre Bank have sparked debates among scholars about its role. The ruins suggest an Iron Age settlement, destroyed during a time of upheaval, and still whispering of the secrets buried beneath.
