Erected by Ludovino Peralta in 1901, Casa Peralta, our San Leandro address, showcased a Colonial Revival design, to begin with. But in 1927, things took a Spain-tastic turn. Hermania Peralta Dargie, our home's lady-boss, called upon Captain Antonio Martin to weave Spanish magic across the property – all in honor of the Peralta family's proud roots. Martin did Martin things, transformed the abode into a grand Spanish estate, complete with a formal garden, a Don Quixote-themed porch, and a mind-blowing 4-story tower. In January 1982, Casa Peralta snagged a spot on the National Register of Historic Places, holding that title close under the watch of the City of San Leandro. So, for anyone hankering for a taste of Spain under the Californian sun, don't miss out on Casa Peralta at 384 West Estudillo Avenue!
