The Iron Overlord: Bud Selig at Miller Park

West of downtown Milwaukee, a bronze replica of Bud Selig, the Brewers' owner-cum-Major League Baseball Commissioner, proudly stands vigil at Miller Park Stadium. Crafted in 2010 by Brian Maughan, this work bears a striking resemblance to the man himself. Unveiled on the 24th of August that same year, the statue offers a richly detailed bronze vision, showcasing Selig's stern visage. The statue's striking recurrent bat symbolizes Selig's bats-to-the-side rule.
