A modern 8-story residential building in the retrospective style with 30 apartments, located at the intersection of Vosstaniya Street and Manezhny Lane. Styled in Art Nouveau. The 1st and 2nd floors house spaces for shops or offices, and the 8th (attic) floor features duplex apartments. The building was completed in 2008.
The building’s original decoration includes French balconies, glazed bay windows, and bas-reliefs in the neoclassical style. The building is crowned with a dome topped by a gilded spire.
