Hôtel de Paris has been featured in two James Bond films: “Never Say Never Again” (1983) and “GoldenEye” (1995). The nearby Monte Carlo Casino is also closely tied to the films. In “Never Say Never Again” Bond (Sean Connery) attends the Charity Ball in the casino. In “GoldenEye”, Bond (Pierce Brosnan) meets Xenia Onatopp (Famke Janssen) inside the casino.

Princess Grace held it in such high regard that it was considered one of her most beloved destinations.
